If you are a new user trying to use Evi and receive a message stating that you are not authorized to use this service, please post below and confirm what OS version you are using.

For iOS, Evi uses a service called Nuance to provide speech-to-text and text-to-speech. The problem you experienced may be caused by a problem with Nuance working on your device. To help us confirm and resolve this issue, could you please confirm if you were able to give voice commands to Evi before seeing this message and whether the app was closed in the time between it working and receiving the error.

Many apologies for the inconvenience and we appreciate any information you can provide as this will help us to investigate the issue and resolve it.

If you've experienced a problem with Evi then we're eager to fix it, but to do that we need to know as much about it as possible.

As such, if you experience any problems, please create a ticket and give us as much information as possible, including:

-Time when the event took place (please give your time zone as well)

-As full a description as possibly of what you were doing, or attempting to do at the time.

-The phone model you are using and what OS version you are using

-The version of the app you are using

-Any further information you can provide.  If you are prompted to submit a crash report please do so as these are invaluable.

We appreciate any information you can give so that we can ensure Evi's app is as smooth as possible.
